Unlike at large investment firms or brokerage houses, at FHFA your portfolio is managed directly by Eric. He works with you to understand your unique investment goals and your personal financial situation. He continuously monitors your portfolio and makes stock or mutual fund transactions in real time when events change the stock holding strategy.

Proven 3 Step Approach

  1. The first step in developing an investment strategy is to meet with Eric. He will examine your current portfolio’s positions, diversification and growth potential to  gain an understanding of your current investment style, as well as your short and long term goals.
  2. Eric believes in a collaborative approach to developing an individual investment strategy focused on your goals and incorporating an investment style that can help you reach those financial goals. His response to your input will provide several approaches from which to select.
  3. The final step is implementing the investment strategy by rebalancing asset allocation as appropriate and building options strategies to increase wealth accumulation, if appropriate. It is important to note that at FHFA, rebalancing assets is not a onetime event, but a continual result of vigilant portfolio management.
